I have lots of Govee products. Humity and temperature sensors, water leakage sensors, refrigerator and freezer temp.sensors and now Govee strip lights. Like their sensors, the lights are of great quality. Set up is a breeze. Instantly connects to my Wi-Fi, and links to Alexa without me doing a thing. The lights are bright, adhesive provided is perfect, the app is good, the color selection is fabulous and the overall look is amazing. You may pay a little more for the name but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended!!
These LEDs are thin so I feel like you have to be careful when hanging them, but the colors are nice! The light itself illuminates my entire room, but while it can be used as your only light source, I wouldn't say it's bright enough to be practical. It sticks on really well (I've had mine for half a year already and they show no signs of falling any time soon) and also can connect to your smart device. You can also control it with a remote that sticks to any surface.
