The smart memory function is the small detail that actually saves time — it remembers whatever brightness and color mode you used last, so you're not re-adjusting from scratch every single time. Three lighting modes cover the real use case here: what looks flattering under warm evening light doesn't always match what a phone camera or daylight will show, so having options for both matters more than one fixed setting would.

Styling tip

The detachable 10x magnification panel is worth actually using rather than ignoring — full-face mirrors alone make close-up work like eyeliner or brows harder than it needs to be. Plug it in near an outlet permanently rather than treating it as portable; one review flagged the light auto-shutting-off after a period of inactivity, which is more noticeable if you're relying on it as a room's main light source instead of just for makeup.
